I want to receive an invoice. How can I do that?
Invoices are generated automatically upon receipt of your order but are not sent out. We will do so upon simple request by email at hello@marinette.eu.What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Orders taken by phone or email, as well as professional orders, can be paid by check, bank transfer, or cash.I want to modify or cancel an ongoing order. How can I do that?
Please feel free to contact us by email at hello@marinette.eu. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the biscuits have not yet gone into the oven. If you made an error in the text on your biscuits and realize it upon receipt: we do not correct mistakes during production, and the validation of your order is contractual.Is there a mistake with your order upon receipt?
