We are artisan biscuit makers. Each biscuit is meticulously shaped, detailed, and personalized by hand, like a true work of art. Our artisanal know-how can be savoured in every bite, revealing a passion for detail and quality craftsmanship.
Here, we create customizable message biscuits. We value authenticity, good taste, and the beauty of our creations, blending the excellence of traditional French biscuit-making with contemporary creative technologies.

The stamp on the surface of the dough is applied manually, biscuit by biscuit, originating from a digital graphic design: each customized creation is a true artistic masterpiece to enjoy.

Simple recipes with the best of our regional ingredients

To create delicious biscuits, we only choose exceptional ingredients! Our delights are made with recipes that have very short compositions, free from preservatives: only 7 ingredients give them their irresistibly nostalgic and authentic taste. They are carefully selected for indulgence and quality, primarily sourced from the Grand Est region of France.

  1. Flour from the Moulin d’Heucheloup, a Vosges company using wheat harvested from the region.
  2. Fresh butter from the Union Laitière de la Meuse cooperative.
  3. Sugar from Alsace. To top it off, our biscuits contain on average 10% less sugar than their industrial counterparts
  4. Pasteurized French egg yolks and whites to ensure total food safety.
  5. Always natural flavoring ingredients. Each recipe features its indulgent ingredient: raw cocoa powder, fruits, nuts, essential oils, or natural fruit flavors.
  6. Fleur de sel for an exceptional signature taste
  7. A lot of love. And that’s it!

Step 1We design the pretty biscuits shape on the computer.

Step 2We create the mold using our secret technique.

Step 3Time for the recipe! We mix all the good ingredients.

Step 4We roll, detail, and personalize your treats by hand.

Step 5Into the oven! Our little biscuits bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 6We take biscuits off trays and carefully separate the different messages and flavours

Step 7We machine-package them in our plastic-free envelopes!

Step 8We compose your personalized boxes.

Step 9We prepare your parcels for safe travels.
