On average, a biscuit provides 70 kcal.

Our biscuits do not contain preservatives. At the Marinette factory, we prioritize natural ingredients to ensure the best quality and taste.

The biscuit (excluding packaging) measures 7 x 6.5 cm, and the biscuit (with packaging) measures 7 x 8 cm (including the envelope).

We offer a gluten-free version with chocolate and buckwheat flour upon simple request via email to contact@marinette.eu. The minimum order is 80 biscuits.

We carefully select quality ingredients mainly from local sources. Our recipes exclusively contain natural products and are free from colorings, artificial flavours, and preservatives. However, our biscuits are not labeled as organic.

To preserve their taste quality, biscuits should be kept for 6 months from their production date in their original packaging, away from heat and moisture.

Choosing a color for the biscuits is not possible. We prefer natural colors to preserve the authentic taste of the natural ingredients.

You can certainly mix several flavors within the same envelopes. We recommend not mixing fruity flavors with sweeter flavors. Over time, if you don't devour your biscuit envelope, the intensity of the fruity aromas may transfer to the sweeter aromas.

Only the pink color is available for the sugar heart. Its position is automatically centered below the lines of text.

Standard personalization consists of text in capital letters. They are uppercase without accents and can be made up of a maximum of 3 lines of 12 characters each (spaces included). The allowed characters are: 0 to 9; A to Z; , - + ? ! . % & @. It is not possible to add emojis. The message will be automatically centered in height and width on the personalized biscuit.
Custom imprinting allows you to choose the font of your choice, add an image or logo, an emoji, and place the text wherever you want on the surface of the biscuit.

It is not possible to order in bulk without packaging. We use packaging to preserve the taste quality of our biscuits and ensure they remain fresh and tasty. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every biscuit to arrive in the best conditions.

Our packaging is not plastic but made from plant cellulose. Plant cellulose is a sustainable material derived from renewable resources like wood. It is fully biodegradable and compostable, meaning it decomposes naturally without harming the environment. Regarding regulations, our packaging meets food safety and sustainability standards. We are committed to minimizing our ecological impact while ensuring the quality of our biscuits.

Biscuits packaged in sets of 1, 2, or 3, or 10 come in transparent free-plastic envelopes; those in sets of 8, 12, or 24 are in beautiful recycled cardboard boxes; and those in sets of 32 come in metal boxes.

Invoices are generated automatically upon receipt of your order but are not sent out. We will do so upon simple request by email at hello@marinette.eu.

We accept payments by VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Orders taken by phone or email, as well as professional orders, can be paid by check, bank transfer, or cash.

If you made an error in the text on your biscuits and realize it upon receipt: we do not correct mistakes during production, and the validation of your order is contractual.

We have carefully chosen packaging specifically designed to ensure optimal protection of your biscuits during transport, from cushioning materials to shipping boxes. It's become standard practice to send goodies, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind.

Upon receiving our confirmation SMS, please visit the Marinette factory located at 136 Boulevard de Finlande in Pompey. We are open from Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. non-stop. If these hours do not suit you, reply to our SMS to inform us, and we will make arrangements to accommodate you.

You can choose to receive your order at home with Colissimo (J+2) from La Poste or at a pickup point with Chrono2Shop (J+4) from Chronopost.

From the confirmation of your order, the production time is 3 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time in mainland France, depending on the chosen transport method. Special orders require additional lead times, which we will communicate to you once we understand your needs. For international shipping, please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
